Who We Are

Nature’s Schoolhouse is a non-traditional hybrid microschool serving K–8 learners in Cedar Park, TX. We blend individualized academics, mixed-age collaboration, and meaningful enrichment in a flexible, outdoor-friendly environment. Our mission is to support whole-child growth while giving families the freedom to homeschool with confidence. We focus on autonomy, respect, and real-world learning—led by experienced educators who know how to meet learners where they are.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced K–2 Elementary Guide to nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence in our youngest learners. The ideal candidate believes children are capable and unique, embraces a non-traditional classroom model, and thrives in a flexible, collaborative environment.

Who You Are

  • Collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in developmental best practices

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working with young children OR a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood, or a related field
